The NEW Living With Reflux "Family Directory" being launched on 14th June 2010

On the 14th June 2010 we are launching our new family directory to raise much needed funds for Living With Reflux.

The "Family Directory" will be made available via our website and forum and, you will have the opportunity to place your company's information for our members and guests to browse through.

If you would like to be included and claim a 10% discount on your first year's inclusion in the Family Directory then please read on and fill in your details before 21st May 2010 -- Thank you for your support!

Joining the Directory

To join the directory all you need to do is fill in the online request form below and one of the LWR team will send you an email shortly with further details, once the request has been reviewed. There is an annual fee of:

Entry with-out logo: £19.99 per year
Entry with logo: £24.99 per year
Entry with logo including logo on the Directory Index: £28.99 per year

We can accept payment via PayPal or cheque.

Why are we offering this service?

As a new charity we wish to provide an all-round family resource, as well as helping us to sustain the day to day running of the charity. This works for all of us. You reach the families you wish to, our families have a reliable source of family information and we raise much needed funds!

Where will your advert appear?

This is down to the selection you make. We have six categories; Days out, Holidays, Products to help reflux and special needs, Shopping and Books.

As this is a new service the pages will appear in the directory as we have the requests. A link to the directory is available on our home page and in our community network.

What we won't include...

This is a family directory and so we reserve the right to only place entries with in the directory that have content which, we feel is valuable to our members., We will not include any company who has or trades in:

Abusive content
Racist content
Content considered unfit for family viewing
Medications or treatments
- Medical content links have a separate area with in our website, and are reviewed by our Medical Advisory Board separately.

Content being directly aimed at children, as opposed to adults

All entries made into the directory are checked and reviewed frequently by the board of trustees. We reserve the right to remove immediately any company that has changed its content and does not fit with the criteria above - with no refund.

We also reserve the right to cancel any entry at any point in time.

Your privacy

We take your privacy very seriously which is why we provide you with two separate sections in the application form. One for the information you wish to have made public on the website and one with your details you wish not to be disclosed for our records. We will not sell or share your details with any third party.

Once submitted your request will be evaluated by our committee. If your request is accepted we will send you an email and further payment directions. Your 12 months will start from the date your company is included in the directory (and made live for our members) and a confirmation email and link to your entry will be sent via email to you.

Living With Reflux reserves the right not to include any companies we feel are not suitable to our families, and any companies found not to be suitable though out the year will be immediately removed with no refund.
